RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of Business Group Plovdiv EOOD is obligated to ensure the provision of services requested and paid for by the client through an online reservation, in their full quantity and quality, according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form: client’s name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, and price per night.

All client requests filled in the “Notes” field of the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.

In reservations for children, only individuals who have not reached the specified age by the arrival date are accepted.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the Business Group Plovdiv EOOD website are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN), inclusive of VAT and tourist tax. The total amount due from the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

Business Group Plovdiv EOOD reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available rooms. For already made, confirmed, and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of any new price offers presented.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, non-use, or change of an already paid online reservation by the client, Business Group Plovdiv EOOD will refund the paid amount upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:

Changes to a reservation can be made without penalty up to 1 day before the check-in date.

Cancellation without penalty can be made up to 1 day before the check-in date.

For changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equivalent to the first night’s stay is due.

In case of a refund of a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the client’s expense. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period, depending on the payment method. The amounts are refunded solely to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made in one way:

In cash or by card at the reception of Business Group Plovdiv EOOD.

For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose payment in cash at the reception to speed up the reservation processing.

REFUNDS

In the event that the client cancels their reservation under the conditions specified above, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the reservation.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Business Group Plovdiv EOOD undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

Business Group Plovdiv EOOD undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases when this is economically justified.

Business Group Plovdiv EOOD is not responsible for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

Amounts for requested but not fully or partially used services due to the client’s fault are not refundable.

The client is responsible for observing generally accepted norms of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are borne by the client.

Business Group Plovdiv EOOD reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although all efforts are made to provide correct and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a client makes a reservation, it is considered that they have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Reservations accepted by phone, email, or through our website are considered to create a contractual relationship. The payment made is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

For all disputes and legal issues not settled by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and arising in connection with the use of the website www.businesshotelplovdiv.com, the mandatory legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
